About Timeshare Advice Network
Timeshare Advice Network was established in 2013 and has its registered office in Buckinghamshire, supported by a network of specialist Timeshare contract lawyers and legal advisers in the UK and Spain.
We are a genuinely independent organisation with no connection to the Timeshare "Industry bodies", Resorts, Management Groups, "Resellers" or Exchange networks which benefit (directly or indirectly) from the Timeshare fees that you pay - so the advice and help we offer is genuinely unbiased.
The team at Timeshare Advice Network have a wealth of experience in all types of Timeshare, points and "fractional" schemes and the legal means of getting out unwanted contracts and/or claiming compensation for mis-selling.
We are able to help with contract disposals across the vast majority of timeshare resorts & groups worldwide, but we are especially well-versed in helping customers of Diamond Resorts (DRI), RCI Points/Weeks, Club La Costa (CLC), Silverpoint and a number of other (see details...).
In light of a series of ground-breaking Court judgments regarding Timeshare Mis-selling, which have led to full refunds to owners we also provide advice and guidance on potential grounds for compensation claims against the Timeshare Resorts/Groups and related finance & management organisations.
So, for free expert advice about your specific timeshare situation and options, please call one of our friendly expert advisors now on 01628 232380 or complete the short enquiry form.
Update - 27th November 2025: Many of the major Timeshare Sales & Management businesses remain in turmoil. Club La Costa is now in liquidation, Anfi Group are in bankruptcy administration and under criminal investigation, while banks/lenders such as Barclays Partner Finance, Shawbrook. Hitachi and others which 'partnered' with Timeshare sales companies to provide loans to finance Timeshare purchases have, between them, set aside over £120,000,000 to cover the cost of paying out for mis-selling claims. Don't suffer in silence any longer - ACT NOW and seek independent, expert advice to find out your options.
